Peppermint Marshmallows
This recipe was originally to make gourmet marshmallows for hot chocolate. However, while tasting fruits of my labor I have discovered they are even better as candy. I especially like the chocolate vanilla marshmallows with dark chocolate. But, if you are a milk chocolate fan by all means indulge you passion.

Ready to eat in: 1 hr
Utensils: Small sauce pan, parchment paper, small bowl
- ½ bag of Giradelli dark chocolate pieces
- 1 bag of marshmallows
- 1 bag of crushed peppermint pieces, or make your own from candy canes
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a sauce pan or double boiler. Pour the peppermint pieces into a small bowl or plate. Dip the end of the marshmallow in the chocolate, dab into the peppermint pieces. Place on the parchment and let cool.
