Home made Pizza Dough
A good home made pizza is hard to beat. Try my Chicken & Pear Pizza. Round or square, deep dish or thin, it is all good.
Servings: 1 pizza
Prep time: 10 min + dough resting time
Cooking time: 15 min
Utensils: Mixing bowl, mixer with dough hook, plastic wrap
- 3 cups flour
- 1 package yeast
- 2 tab olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients then add and mix all the other ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rest, The longer it rest the better the flavor. Roll onto a lightly flowered surface into your favorite shape (round or square).
Alternative Recipe Ideas
