Thi Peanut Sauce
Great with many oriental foods especially Pad Thi Noodles, chicken, shrimp, pork or beef.

Utensils: Measuring cup & measuring spoons
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 3 tab brown sugar
- 3 tab rice vinegar
- 1 tab lime juice
- 2 tab soy sauce
- 2 tsp anchovy or fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tab peanut butter
- 2 to 4 dashes of red pepper flakes - to taste
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over the meat or noodles and cook long enough to bring the sauce up to serving temperature.
Alternative Recipe Ideas

- Use crunchy peanut butter and add a couple or tablespoons of chopped un-salted peanuts.
