Quinoa Quinoa is a very flavorful grain and it is the most complete protein of all the grains. This dish is very unique. It will make a great addition to your dinner party. This is also spicy enough it will compliment more bland dishes like fish. Because it is such a complete protein it is an excellent vegetarian meal.

Directions Rinse quinoa in strainer. In a skillet melt butter and sauté onion, pepper, garlic and carrot until softened. Add beef broth and remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, add quinoa, stir, cover and turn heat off. Quinoa cooks just like rice only in half the time, about 15 min.
