Pulled Pork Tacos
This recipe is a good use of pork roast leftovers. Unless you are having a taco party and need a lot of tacos. In which case you will have to slow cook a pork shoulder.

Utensils: Frying pan
- approximately 2 lbs of leftover cooked pork - pull into strips or cut into fajita strips
- 1 sm onion - thin slices
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- small flour tortillas
- raw cabbage - shredded
- hot sauce to taste

- Additional fillings per your taste
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream

Directions
Sauté onions and garlic, when almost done and add the leftover pork to warm it, Heat tortillas and fill with meat mixture and your favorite other taco toppings.
Hot Sauce - 1 can of tomato sauce and ½ to one can (depending on how hot you like it) of smoked jalapeñoes in adobe sauce. Place in a food processor and puree until a smooth sauce. Keeps very well refrigerated.
Alternative Recipe Ideas

- Shredded raw cabbage is very traditional and these tacos are great with just meet, cabbage and hot sauce.
- Add several sprigs of fresh cilantro.
