Pesto Chicken 15 min Dinner Idea You can latterly prepare dinner in 15 min. It is all about planing ahead and having a system. When I make rice, pasta or potatoes I always make enough for two or three meals. As an example we make rice today then skip a day and have the rice on the third day. In this case we made rice with brown lentils two days ago. I mixed them with some peas and carrots and micro-waved them while the chicken sautéed. Any frozen vegetable is quick and works well when re-heating rice or pasta. Add a quick salad and you have a full meal in minutes.
