Glazed Pork Chops In the cold weather we need some good hearty comfort food. These chops will be moist and tender with a nice tangy sweet glaze.

Cooking time: 50 min +
Directions Chop all the vegetables and place in a roasting pan large enough for all your chops. Mix all the glaze ingredients except the pork in a small bowl. Salt and pepper the chops. Coat both sides of all the chops and place evenly in the pan. Pour the rest of the glaze over the chops. Cover and bake at 375° F for 35 minutes, then turn the oven down to 300° F for 15 more minutes to 25 minutes for thicker chops. This dish goes very well with rice or noodles. Alternative Recipe Ideas
