Turkey Cranberry Sweet Potato Hash This sounded good when I first saw it, but tasted even better. The added benefit is a super quick breakfast on work days. Make a batch ahead, refrigerate, scoop a couple of spoons in a skillet and crack a couple of eggs, push down the toast. By the time the eggs are cooked the hash should be hot too. You get an awesome hot breakfast in less time than the drive thru at rush hour. This is also my first posted recipe using a new style pressure cooker. What is Alpha-gal?
