Directions Add the broth, rice and spices to the rice cooker or stock pot bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add all the fish and simmer with the lid on until the rice and all the fish is cooked. Then stir in the coconut milk, simmer long enough to bring back up to temperature.
