Gluten Free Dairy Free Oatmeal Pancakes These are really good pancakes by any standard, plus they include healthy oatmeal and can be made gluten free and dairy free. They go really well with fresh fruit syrup. As usual you can substitute standard flour and butter if your allergy does not prevent it. What is Alpha-gal?

Cooking time: 15 to 25 min
Directions Add all the liquid ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Fold in all dry ingredients, whisk well or use a mixer to blend and incorporate some air. The oats will absorb liquid slowly. Let the batter sit a few minutes to soak up the liquid. Depending on the type of gluten free flour you use it may absorb liquid differently. If needed add a little water so that the pancakes pour into a nice pancake thickness. Brown on both sides and transfer to a warm oven until they are all cooked. Alternative Recipe Ideas
