Focaccia Bread Sandwich Great for a luncheon or finger sandwiches. Make them as thick or thin as you like.

Directions It is just a big sandwich, just one trick: put the tomato between the layers to keep the bread from getting soggy. Slice the Focaccia horizontally, coat both pieces with mayo and mustard. The sandwich will present best if you layer in this order. Spinach first and lap the tips out over the bread. Layer your choice of meat doing the same. Next the tomato then the cheese and place the focaccia top on. Slice into pie shape sandwiches from 4 to 12 slices depending on the event requirements.
