2013 EQUIP High Tunnel Program

August 2013 - project completed; total cost including fuel to pick up all the materials we calculate less than $7,400.00. We spent about another $400 for tomato hangers, row covers, irrigation system and peat moss We had the compost, all the tools and the plants. For bugetary pourpuses allow at least $8,500.00 to get up and running with a simular operation and not too many extras. The cost for double layer plastic and the W trusses added about $1000 total to the project, money very well spent.
