Sautéed Asparagus with Red Peppers & Capers What a great side dish for company. If you like asparagus you are going to love this one.
Servings: 4
Prep time: 10 min +
Cooking time: 6 min
Directions Sauté red peppers, leeks and garlic in olive oil until the leeks start to get tender. Add the asparagus and butter, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Not too much the soy will make it salty. Sauté about 3 min, keep them crunchy. Turn heat off and toss with capers and Bragg seasoning. Serve or remove to oven immediately. Alternative Recipe Ideas For dinner with the family I just serve this straight out of the skillet, but for a dinner party; place the asparagus on a oven proof serving platter or in a chaffing dish. Arrange the leek and pepper sauté decoratively on or around the asparagus. Place in a warm oven until dinner is ready.
