Why order take out when you can make your family a great fresh Tilapia dinner in about 15 min - less time then it will take for a drive thru or to order a pizza. This is an entire meal with lots of alternates.

Servings: 4     Prep time: 15 min     Cooking time: 10 min + 2 min
Utensils: Large stock pot, qt microwavable dish, no stick frying pan

4 larger handfuls of noodles - any type
4 helpings of frozen peas
butter
4 Tilapia fillets
BBQ seasoning
1 tab olive oil
1 jar of Alfredo sauce

Directions

Put a pot of salted water on high. Then slip into something more comfortable after your hard day at work. When the water comes to a vigorous boil, cook the noodles for 10 min. Season the peas with salt and pepper add butter and microwave the peas. Salt and pepper the Tilapia (or your favorite white fish). Season with your favorite BBQ seasoning such as Montreal Steak Seasoning or Chicken Grill. Salute fish in olive oil. When the noodles are done, drain and return to pot with Alfredo sauce. Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Alternative Recipe Ideas

Replace the Alfredo with any type of spaghetti sauce. Substitute the Tilapia for any type of white fish. Substitute peas for mixed oriental vegetables, corn, carrots, green beans, etc. Any type of warm bread would also be a great addition. A good meal doesn't have to take a long time.
