Dairy & Gluten Free Skillet Biscuits

Bread has to be one on the top thing missing from a gluten and dairy free restrictive diet. You still need your carbs for a healthy body. These biscuits are fast and easy, they can be cooked in a skillet or in the oven. I admit the oven baked are fluffier, but some times you only want to make 2 or 3 biscuits and in the summer I hate turning on the oven. But, the best part is they taste really good either way you choose. What is Alpha-gal?
